In April of 2009, LBO Technology was incorporated. Lynwood Owens as President/CEO brings years of Business Development and Program Operations experience to the company.
Prior to incorporating LBO Technology, Mr. Owens was a board member and served as a Senior Vice President of Business Development for a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, as well as a Director for a large Information Technology government contractor where he managed a contract backlog of over $75M.
1st Choice Tandem LLC is an SBA-certified All Smalls Mentor-Protégé Program (ASMPP) joint venture providing high quality, mission critical IT, program and administrative management support services to Federal agencies. Our partner CoSolutions is an SBA approved Mentor to 8(a) and HUBZone Protégé, LBO Technology, LLC.
